Returns Policy

We do not accept returns, but we do take exchanges within 7 days of receipt. If the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will cover the cost of shipping.

Shipping & Tracking

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.

** All IN STOCK items are guaranteed to be delivered in less than 7 business days. If you have not received your order in over 7 business days, 1 or more items in your order are probably on backorder due to high demand. You can check the status of your order and your items using the tracking tool at the bottom of this page. Backordered items can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks to fill- it depends on the item.
